To begin, email us at solettamiami@gmail.com. We'll set up a consultation call to chat about your event, inspiration (mood boards/color palettes), and any initial ideas you have.

STEP 2

Design & Approval

After our consultation, we’ll create design mockups based on your vision. You’ll review the options, provide feedback, and approve your favorite direction.

STEP 3

Materials & Final Details

Once a design is chosen, we’ll prepare a full materials and operations sheet. At this point, we’ll finalize the product list, confirm pricing, and get your event date on the calendar.

STEP 4

Deposit & Production

You’ll sign a short agreement and send a 50% deposit to officially begin production. Once signed, we will order all required materials (including specialty items) and begin handcrafting your custom pieces with care and precision.

STEP 5

Delivery & Final Payment

Once your jewelry is complete, we’ll take high-quality photos to share with you. Then, everything is carefully packaged and shipped. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on its way. After confirming delivery, we will follow up to collect the remaining 50% balance of your order.
